At Mickedesk, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every item you receive meets your expectations in terms of quality, condition, and functionality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures.


1. General Return Conditions

You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, not assembled, and in the original condition and packaging

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase

  • The return is initiated through our customer service team and approved in advance

Assembled or modified items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@mickedesk.com or 818-732-8261 within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and reason for return.

  3. Wait for approval and shipping instructions before sending back the item.

  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Use a trackable shipping service for your return.

Items returned without prior approval may be rejected or not refunded.


3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require clear photos or videos to assess the issue. Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products that have been assembled or modified

  • Missing components or user manuals

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items returned after the 14-day period


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed (typically within 24 hours). Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return procedure.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in accordance with the policy stated above.
This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, including the FTC guidelines on e-commerce transactions.
