
Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
2) Handling time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Cut-off time: orders placed after 12:00 PM PT are treated as if placed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
3) Shipping methods & transit times
We work with trusted carriers (e.g., UPS/USPS/FedEx). Options shown at checkout may include:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (displayed at checkout when available)
Transit time starts after the order has shipped and varies by destination. Weekends/holidays do not count as business days.
4) Shipping fees
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/dimensions.
From time to time, specific items may include free shipping—any such offer will be clearly indicated on the product page.
5) Split shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
6) Delivery & failed attempts
Please provide a complete and accurate address. Carriers may attempt delivery more than once. If a package is returned as undeliverable/ refused, we can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply).
For high-value orders, a signature on delivery may be required for security.
7) Address changes
We can change the delivery address before your order ships. After shipment, we’re unable to reroute packages.
8) Damaged, missing, or lost items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or a refund when appropriate. If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, notify us within 5 business days for a carrier trace.
